issues.ng is designed to make community problems visible without making a reporter's private contact information part of the public record.
What is public
Information intended for the public issue record includes your chosen public username and the issue details you submit, such as the title, description, category and location.
What is private
Your email address is intended to remain private and to be used for communication connected to your report, such as important status or community updates as those features become available.
Protect other people
Report community problems, not private individuals. Do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information about other people. When evidence uploads become available, avoid exposing faces, phone numbers, private documents, children or other identifying information unless it is genuinely necessary and appropriate to document the issue.
Safety and moderation
issues.ng may review reports that are flagged for spam, false information, harassment, privacy concerns, duplication or inappropriate content. Content that violates platform rules may be restricted or removed.
